Ingredients
  • 200 grams Pickled cherries
  • 250 grams Flour
  • 2.5 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 80 grams Chocolate (Shredded)
  • 100 grams Suggar
  • 125 grams Butter (Melted)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 milliliters Milk
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. First we drain the cherries well.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa, grated chocolate, salt and sugar.

  3. Separately mix butter, eggs and milk.
    When mixed add the previous "hard" mixture slowly.
    At the end add pickled cherries.

  4. Pour the mix into a muffin tray and bake at 180 °C ( 356 °F ) for 30 minutes.
