Instructions
In a large bowl, we first mix all the dry ingredients well. Then we add the liquid ingredients as well. Mix well with a fork and knead it with your fingers to get a firm dough.
We first wash our fruits and then peel and grate them.
Then we fry our fruit in a pan with a little oil and add cranberries and sprinkle some ground almonds and cinnamon.
Then we put the dough in a pie pan ( 26 or 28 cm diameter - 10 inch), about 0,5 cm ( 0,2 inch ) thick, and form an edge on the side, saving some of the dough for the top layer of the pie.
We bake the dough in the pie pan in the oven at 175 °C ( 347 °F ) for 10 minutes
We then spread the partially baked dough with a few spoons of jam, and put our fruit filling on top. Use the remaining dough to form small decorations for the top of the pie.
Bake the pie in the oven for about 12 minutes more and serve it warm.
If you have some dough left, you can shape them into cookies and spread them with jam and bake them.
