First we knead our dough and let it rise for about an hour.
We roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm ( 0,2 inch ).
Then we mix our ingredients for filling and spread them on the dough. At the end we add pork cracklings on top of it.
We roll the dough with the mix to a roll and cut it into triangles (see image below). Then we place the cut pieces into a baking tray and egg wash them to achieve that golden colour.
Bake at 225 °C ( 437 °F ) for 15 min.
