Instructions
First we mix the dough ingredients and knead it. Then we let it rest for 1 hour.
After the rest, we roll out our dough and add on it our mixed filling.
We roll our dough with fill into a roll tightly. Then we wrap it in plastic foil even tighter.
We cook our dish, still wrapped in plastic foil, in salted boiling water for about half an hour.
Unwrap the foil and let it cool for a bit. Then slice it into smaller pieces and its ready to serve!
It's best serves with some sauce, I personally prefer it served with medallions in sauce or some other meat or mushroom sauce.
